In my first couple of years as a small business owner, I (very) often felt lonely. It wasn’t until I was able to start hiring more senior level employees and consultants that I stopped feeling like I was steering a ship blindly.

However, it’s extremely hard to afford and maintain senior-level employees, especially in the first few years. Or, maybe you never want to have employees and stay a lean and mean one-person machine! But… you still want some senior-level brains around, some of the time.

My hope in offering subscription-ish offerings, I can leverage my skillset and experience in the industry, and help you (small business owner) feel less alone and as a result, help your business grow. At a steady pace and an affordable rate.

My particular area of expertise is in helping brands go-to-market with a focus on B2B. I’m your go-to person for high-level sales advice, telling you what the client wants, or more importantly, doesn’t want. I am happy to advise on branding and product but my focus is sales.

WHO IS HOLLAND + Why should i trust them?

Holland Denvir is the founder and owner of Denvir Enterprises (DE) a multi-line creative sales agency based in Los Angeles. At DE, Holland and the team work with almost each and every sector of the B2B market. In a given day, they work with brands, interior designers, dealerships, procurement, general contractors, and subcontractors.

Prior to launching DE, Holland was furniture brand Hem’s first US employee in 2018 where they quickly became the Head of US Business Development. They hit the ground running and helped the brand grow exponentially, opening two showrooms in the US and building out their state-side team.

Prior to managing Hem’s commercial sales, Holland was on the client-side as an FF&E designer in restaurant, hotel, and commercial design. Before their interior design era, Holland was a woodworker and furniture maker.
