2. Choose Your Design Path:

   • Pick a pre-designed rug, collaborate with our team for a fully custom design, or share your own concept—we’ll help you every step of the way.

3. Digital Strike-Off:

   • Our team will create a digital version of your rug design based on your feedback for review and approval.

4. Color Selection:

• Once the design is digitally approved, we’ll refine the colors and send you a digital curated set of poms for approval. A credit card authorization form is required to receive physical poms.

5. Place Your Order:

• Once all details are finalized and approved, we’ll provide you with a quote. Then, submit your purchase order and payment to begin production on your custom rug.

1. Pre-Designed Rugs:

   • Select from our Rug Dept. designs or from our partner, Nomadory designs.

   • Order as-is in any dimensions or shape.

   • Customize the colors to suit your space.

2. Collaborative Design:

   • Partner with our Design Team to create a fully custom rug tailored to your needs.

3. Material & Construction Match:

   • We can replicate standard rug-making techniques and materials in any size or shape—with no size restrictions!

4. Your Vision, Our Expertise:

• Share your own design, and we’ll work with you to bring it to life.

Colors:
We offer an incredible palette of 1,400 colors in our pom box, giving you endless possibilities. If you provide Pantone references, we can usually match them. You can also share fabrics or finishes for us to match internally.
